Youth & Family Ministry

You may register your child for Faith Formation by coming to our Youth and Family Ministry office during normal business hours or by completing the registration form below.  We will contact you upon receiving your registration. 

Youth and Family Ministry Office hours are as follows:
 Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm (closed from 12-1:00pm for lunch)

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FOR 2025-2026 IS OPEN!
Payment MUST be completed to hold your child's spot.
